April 6, 2015: “One year ago, Canadian scientist and author Gerald Kutney published Carbon Politics and the Failure of the Kyoto Protocol, a book that was pretty gloomy about the prospects for global action on climate change.

Kutney: “In the book, I suggested that two-hundred countries shouldn’t be discussing this, it should just be a few because if you can’t get two or three countries to agree, how are you going to get two-hundred ever to agree?”
